Let's talk about all that good information you're likely wondering about our store!

1. When will the order items be in my hands??

Since each of our items are custom printed upon order, we see on average a minimum waiting time of 10 business days and a maximum of 25 business days depending on the country and season. This accounts for both order processing times from our warehouse as well as shipping! 

Our warehouse is located in the United States and so naturally their orders will show up a little sooner than everyone else. On average, our US customers receive their orders through USPS in 10-17 days, while our audience abroad will see their product on their doorstep from Asendia's International Priority Airmail service in 14-25 business days.

2. Can I exchange an item??

Since our products are custom printed, we're unable to offer exchanges unless the product arrives defective. While these instances are rare, sometimes even our professional quality fairies have off days and we will happily replace any order not up to standard! If you need to exchange a product due to a defect, please pop us an email over at support@trek196.com and we'll get everything sorted for you as quickly as we can!

3. What if there isn't a defect, my shirt just doesn't fit?? :(

It happens! With each company having their own subjective sizes, you could be an XS at one and an XL at another! In cases like these, we're happy to accept the returned product and we offer a one-time replacement of either one size up or one size down from the original order!
